OnRamp Intro Sessions LogoOnRamp Intro Program

Following your introductory session, we hope to have a solid understanding of where you’re coming from and what you’re trying to accomplish. You, on the other hand, will probably be a little sore (a good thing!). Ideally, you will choose to take advantage of our Beginners Special and try us for a month, at which point it’s time to start your OnRamp Starter Classes.

OnRamp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis. As such, it is important for you to attend between 4-6 OnRamps before attending the normal class (Your intro session counts as one). The amount of time you spend in OnRamp can vary from person to person depending on how quickly you catch on to the movements. Some stay in OnRamp longer than others, and it’s nothing to worry about. We pride ourselves on the wide range of fitness levels we can accommodate.

OnRamp classes during ‘Bootcamp’ or any other combination of classes don’t mean anything different. Our OnRamp classes merely indicate when there is more than one trainer on the floor so someone will be available to take you aside and give you individual attention. Whether you are coming in for the first time or need to finish OnRamp, you are welcome to come in for any of the regularly scheduled OnRamp Starter Classes.

Once we feel like you have the basic knowledge and mechanics necessary to excel in our normal CrossFit classes, you will ‘graduate’ OnRamp and have full access to the CrossFit Anaerobic Class Schedule. We encourage all of our clients to be patient and take their time to build a good foundation through OnRamp as it is crucial to our program and your future success.
