CrossFit Anaerobic Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a modified form of our CrossFit workouts in which the Olympic Lifting aspects are removed. Bootcamp is a non-traditional way to get in shape and increase overall health. Incorporating functional exercise done at a high intensity, traditional strength and conditioning techniques, endurance activities, and sports drills to get the lean toned body you have always wanted.  This program is designed for people of all fitness levels. It will empower you to do things you never thought possible while keeping within your comfort level.
